Brad Martyniuk is a partner with Lindsay Kenney LLP, practicing in our Vancouver office. Brad's areas of practice include fraud litigation, securities litigation, employment law as well as general commercial litigation. Brad is a former Crown Counsel prosecutor in the areas of securities fraud and general commercial crime.
Brad obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1987 from the University of Alberta and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria in 1991 and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1992. Brad completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1995.
Brad is a member of the Civil Litigation, Securities, Insurance and Criminal subsections of the Canadian Bar Association. He is a participant in the Canadian Bar Association Law Week program and has been a volunteer judge for the University of British Columbia student moot court.
