Cheryl D'Sa was called to the Bar in 2008 after completing her articles with Lindsay Kenney LLP. She is an associate with the firm, practicing in the insurance litigation department. Cheryl has appeared in Small Claims Court, BC Supreme Court chambers and with senior counsel at the Court of Appeal. In addition to building her own practice focused on personal injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents or sports and recreation, Cheryl also assists senior counsel with research, opinions and quantum assessments in relation to all areas of insurance litigation.
