Chris Haines practices primarily in the area of secured transactions advising Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC Bank Canada and other institutional lenders on matters relating to real and personal property secured financings. He also advises Bank of Montreal on general corporate matters, including its real property interests. He is honorary solicitor for a number of non-profit societies including the British Columbia Corps of Commissionaires.
Chris was born and raised in Ontario and served in the Royal Canadian Navy as a navigating officer prior to going to law school.
