Profile

Deborah H. Taylor joined Lindsay Kenney LLP in 2001 and is a partner located in our Vancouver office. Deborah's area of practice is general insurance litigation in all levels of the court system in British Columbia. She has successfully defended personal injury claims before both judge and jury. Deborah's clients include general liability insurers and property insurers, advising on and defending commercial host liability, motor vehicle, occupiers liability, personal injury, products liability, and property claims.

Deborah was born and raised in New York City where she received her Bachelor of Arts (Drama) degree in 1973 from Pace University. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Tulane Law School in 1993 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and the British Columbia Bar in 1997.
