Duncan Magnus is an associate in our Langley office. Duncan's area of practice is general litigation, including estate litigation, shareholder disputes, personal injury, commercial litigation, collections, employment/wrongful dismissal and criminal defence. His clients include individuals, families and corporations. Duncan represents clients at all levels of court in the Province of British Columbia. He also represents, clients at arbitration and mediation as well as at various tribunals and administrative hearings.
Duncan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) in 1995 and Bachelor of Laws in 2000, both from the University of Victoria.
Duncan was born in Calgary Alberta and was raised on a family farm on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. He has volunteered his time for the Canadian Down's Syndrome Society, the Variety Club and the British Columbia Association for Community Living.
