James Noel joined the firm in 1990 and is an associate practicing in Lindsay Kenney's Vancouver office. James' area of practice is corporate/commercial law with a primary focus on secured lending, residential and commercial real estate, wealth preservation and estate planning, estate administration/probate, purchases and sales of businesses, and incorporations/amalgamations/ reorganizations.
James' clients include financial institutions, commercial & residential landlords, trade associations, societies, small to mid-size businesses and closely held corporations.
James was born and raised in British Columbia and obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1989 from the University of British Columbia. He was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1990.
