James Shatford joined the firm in 1991 and is an associate at Lindsay Kenney's Vancouver office.
James' area of practice is restricted to insolvency, bankruptcy, collections and related litigation. He represents holders of secured debt obligations in enforcement and recovery proceedings. James advises and represents clients in proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Companies Creditors Arrangement Act.
