John Kim joined the firm in 1999 and is a partner with Lindsay Kenney LLP, practicing in our Vancouver office. John practices insurance litigation as well as general commercial litigation. He has practiced extensively in professional liability litigation, having represented auditors, accountants, professional engineers and architects.
John appears at all levels of the courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
John's work in general litigation has an emphasis on insurance litigation focused on large complex litigation along with subrogation on behalf of his clients.
John's practice encompasses work in both British Columbia and Alberta.
