Kelvin Stephens is a partner with Lindsay Kenney LLP and practices in our Vancouver office. Kelvin's area of practice is corporate/commercial law with particular emphasis on the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate and real estate development.
Kelvin has presented papers on mergers and acquisitions, buying or selling an insurance brokerage, mortgages, real property, and acted as coordinator for a seminar sponsored by the Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia on Buying and Selling an Insurance Brokerage. He has also been a lecturer on commercial law for the Society of Certified Managerial Accountants. He has represented numerous brokerages on both acquisitions and sales.
Kelvin's experience in real estate includes land assemblies, obtaining approval for development and rezoning of lands, mortgages, secured lending, limited partnerships, sales, and acquisitions.
