Max Hufton was born, raised and educated in England. Following graduation from the University of London in 1991 he taught English as a foreign language in Greece, India, Poland and South Korea. His experience of living and working in Europe, Asia, and now Canada, has provided him valuable exposure to and offered insights into diverse cultures which have proven invaluable in the defence of claims within a multi-ethnic milieu. Max has had the benefit of a diverse legal practice ranging from the arbitration of commercial tenancy disputes to the defence of traumatic brain injury claims. He has successfully represented his clients in mediation, arbitration and at trial. His current focus is on the defence of personal injury claims with a particular interest in the defence of brain injury claims. In his spare time Max enjoys downhill mountain biking and rockclimbing. He is also a keen folk musician playing guitar and mandolin.
