Michael Jackson is a partner practising in our Vancouver office, and is a member of the Products Liability and Insurance defence groups. His clients include general property, casualty and professional liability insurers.
Michael has practiced in the area of general insurance defence litigation since 1982, with particular emphasis on products liability, occupier's liability, motor vehicle accidents, bodily injury (including catastrophic injury and fatal accident), and industrial accident claims (including fires, gas explosions and blasting). He has handled claims relating to construction, mining, sports and athletic liability, highway maintenance, inland transportation and commercial/social host liability. Michael has also provided advice and legal opinions on insurance coverage to general property, casualty, professional liability and travel accident insurers.
