Nick Safarik joined the firm in 2008 and is an associate in our Vancouver office. Nick practices in the area of general insurance litigation and has acted in the defence of occupiers liability, motor vehicle accidents and property loss claims, as well as numerous subrogated actions. Nick also has experience in admiralty and maritime law matters and subrogated actions.
Nick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Queen's University and spent one year of his undergraduate studies as an exchange student in Freiburg, Germany. In 2004, Nick received his Juris Doctor from the Tulane Law School. Nick was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2008.
