Perminder Tung is an associate in the Litigation Group based principally out of the Langley Office. He practices civil litigation, personal injury law, employment law and business/commercial litigation. He has argued cases at the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, and numerous administrative tribunals.
Perminder completed his undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University and then moved to Ontario to complete his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Windsor and his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Detroit. He summer-articled with a large international law firm based in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to joining Lindsay Kenney, Perminder articled at another respected Regional law firm in Vancouver.
Perminder was born and raised in the Fraser Valley region. He is an avid basketball player and dedicated power-forward in the Fraser Valley ball hockey league.
He is active in the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch), South Asian Bar Association, VP Membership (SABA), and the Association of South Asian Professionals (ASAP).
