Peter Ferrari is an associate at Lindsay Kenney LLP and practices in our Vancouver office.
Peter prides himself in providing strategic advice to his business and institutional clients. He works closely with his clients on exploring business opportunities and overcoming potential obstacles by combining his legal know-how, in depth business background, and common sense to provide practical solutions.
Peter's practice is focused on two areas of law: Transactional Law and Banking & Secured Lending.
Peter has acted for a wide range of clients with an emphasis on established and emerging entrepreneurs, as well as a variety of public and institutional clients. He has worked with clients in a variety of business sectors including construction, manufacturing, bio-technology, insurance, banking/finance, pharmaceutical, real estate development, strata property, food distribution and restaurant services, and non-profit organizations.
Peter was born in Calgary, Alberta. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2004, both from the University of Saskatchewan. During his eight years of post-secondary studies, Peter owned and operated a residential and commercial contracting business which operated in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Peter was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2005.
