Robert Hamilton is an associate in our Vancouver office. Robert articled at Lindsay Kenney LLP in 1991 and thereafter worked in the General Litigation department until 1998. He returned to Lindsay Kenney LLP in January 2004, continuing his litigation practice in civil fraud cases and insurance defence work. Robert also acts for clients in matrimonial and child protection proceedings.
Robert was born in Ontario, but grew up in British Columbia and is an avid skier and sports enthusiast. Robert graduated with a B.A. (English Literature) from UBC in 1987 and completed his LLB from UBC in 1991. He was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1992.
