Sam Goheen is an associate practicing in the Corporate Commercial department of our Vancouver office.
Sam joined Lindsay Kenney LLP in 2004 after returning to Vancouver from Calgary. Sam has a varied solicitor practice, assisting clients with business transactions, planning and organization of business structures, and administration of pension and benefit plans.
Sam has developed a particular interest and expertise in corporate governance and the organization of business structures with an eye to both liability exposure and tax implications.
Representative Work
- Assist clients in closing numerous transactions through both asset and share purchases;
- Assist primarily professionals and small businesses to organize their business and affairs in a tax efficient manner while protecting wealth;
- Act for pension and health benefit plans;
- Advise clients who find themselves in shareholders disputes.
