Profile

Tim Delaney is a trial and appellate lawyer who has represented his clients before all levels of Court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Tim's practice is primarily focused on employment law matters, commercial litigation and personal injury claims.

Tim acts for both employers and employees on wrongful dismissal cases and post-employment competition issues. His commercial litigation practice primarily involves contract and business disputes. Tim acts for both plaintiffs and the defence in personal injury claims.
