Description: Our Langley office is seeking a General Litigation lawyer with a focus on family law to assume an existing practice.
Qualifications:
Successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience in the practice of general litigation. Preference will be given to someone with family law background.

Intermediate or Senior Paralegal
Location: Vancouver Office
Description: Our Vancouver office is seeking an intermediate to senior-level Paralegal to work with our Insurance Defence Litigation group (two Associates and one Partner).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- preparation and drafting of all pleadings;
- preparation and drafting of various court applications;
- day-to-day maintenance of ICBC and insurance defence files;
- research and preparation of quantum assessments;
- summarizing Examination for Discovery transcripts;
- liaising with opposing counsel and clients in both verbal and written formats.
Qualifications:
- paralegal certificate from a recognized program with a minimum of 5 years experience preferably in commercial litigation handling multi-party litigation files;
- ability to summarize, organize, and interpret evidence;
- strong organizational skills;
- ability to work independently;
- ability to multi-task;
- strong computer skills.
