Intermediate-Senior Paralegal – Insurance Litigation
Location: Vancouver Office
Description: Our Vancouver office is looking for an Intermediate - Senior level Paralegal to work with our Insurance Litigation group. This position works within a very team oriented department, which is extremely busy.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation and drafting of all pleadings;
- Preparation and drafting of various court applications;
- Responsible for the day to day maintenance of ICBC and insurance defence files;
- Research and preparation of quantum assessments;
- Summarize Examination for Discovery transcripts;
- Liase with opposing counsel and clients in verbal and written formats;
- Conduct legal research.
Qualifications:
- paralegal certificate from a recognized program with a minimum of 3 years experience preferably in commercial litigation handling multi-party litigation files;
- ability to summarize, organize, and interpret evidence;
- strong organizational skills;
- ability to work independently;
- ability to multi-task;
- strong computer skills.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- File management;
- Dicta typing;
- Client relations;
- Billing (entering time and producing monthly accounts – LegalVision experience an asset);
- Stay on top of BF system;
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills;
- Independent;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Excellent computer skills required (MS Word and Outlook);
- Strong litigation skills;
- Experience with ICBC and ICBC billing procedures;
- Graduated from a recognized Legal Admin Assistant course;
- Minimum of 3 years experience.

Senior Legal Administrative Assistant – General Litigation

Our Vancouver office is looking for a Senior Legal Admin Assistant to work with the Civil Litigation group. Experience in ICBC fraud work would be an asset. This position works within a very team oriented department, which is extremely busy and is in a highly confidential practice area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
