Paul’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. He assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganizations. Paul acts for clients in a wide range of industries including food, beverage and agribusiness, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, retail, technology and natural resources.
Prior to joining Lindsay Kenney, Paul practised at a leading national law firm in Vancouver where he worked on a broad range of large complex transactions. Paul also completed a one-year secondment in the legal department of a large Canadian telecommunications company where he assisted business teams with preparing and negotiating various commercial agreements. Prior to law school, Paul worked on Parliament Hill in Ottawa for the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans.
Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, Paul is happy to be based primarily out of the firm’s Langley office and support clients with practical, solution-oriented advice to navigate every stage of growth.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys playing golf and spending time outdoors with his wife and two young children.
