The Vancouver Bar Association (VBA) is excited to announce that the renovations to the Barristers’ Lounge are almost complete! To celebrate the conclusion of the renovations, the VBA is pleased to announce the official Grand Re-Opening of the Barristers’ Lounge the week of May 30th. During regular court hours for the entire week, please drop by as you check out the renovations and the art display by artist Lisa Ochowycz. The renovations were made possible by the incredible generosity of a number of downtown law firms, including Lindsay Kenney’s $2,500 silver level contribution. The VBA will also unveil a commemorative plaque thanking the contributing firms for their generosity. This plaque will be permanently displayed on the wall facing the entrance to the Barristers’ Lounge.
