Corporate Lawyer Pamela Lindsay was elected by her peers to the Vancouver Bar Association Executive. The VBA serves over 1500 lawyers in the Greater Vancouver region.
As a member of the business law group, Pamela’s primary areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, corporate reorganizations, real estate, securities, and general corporate and commercial matters.
