Lawyers and staff from Lindsay Kenney LLP will be participating in Surrey’s annual Vaisakhi parade on April 18th.
One of the largest parades of it’s kind, the Vaisakhi parade begins at 8am and travels a route throughout the streets of Surrey.
Vaisakhi traditionally celebrates the harvest bringing positive energy for the years coming crop. Follow the parade route and large multi-cultural crowds to enjoy the food, community and fun. Here are a few facts and tips to increase your enjoyment of the festival.

- stand and observe, or join in on the fun and walk alongside the parade route
- floats are very informative on the community’s contributions, several humanitarian causes, history of the community, etc.
If you have never attended, make the time on April 18th to experience the magnitude of the event and the general hospitality of the community.
