Peter has decided to join the firm as Associate Counsel, working predominately from our Vancouver office. Peter is an experienced business lawyer with a focus on commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law. He is a trusted advisor to some of Canada’s top lending institutions on all aspects of banking and secured lending law and has secured over 800 commercial loans having over two billion dollars of cumulative loan value. As a senior corporate lawyer, Peter has over a billion dollars of transaction experience working for clients that consist of business owners, entrepreneurs and start-up companies, and has been lead counsel of nearly 100 acquisitions and divestitures of small to medium sized businesses.
