New Client Information – Family Law
People hire lawyers for many reasons. If you want to protect yourself when entering into a new relationship or if you cannot come to an agreement relating to your children or family assets following the breakdown or a relationship, you may want to consult with a lawyer to understand your rights relating to:
- Child support
- Spousal support
- Child custody and parenting
- Property division
- Mediation and arbitration
- Separation agreements
- Marriage / prenuptial agreements
We offer initial consultation meetings to discuss your key questions, advise you of your rights, and to create a strategy to resolve your family law matter in an efficient and cost effective manner which sometimes means that we may recommend that you do not need to retain the services of a lawyer beyond an initial consultation.
