Daniel is a lawyer in our family law group, based in our Vancouver office.
Since becoming a lawyer, Daniel has focused solely on family law. He got his start articling for the non-profit, Rise Women’s Legal Centre, working to address violence and access to justice issues facing women in family matters. He then operated his own practice for two years, with a focus on Legal Aid work, before joining a boutique family law firm dealing primarily with high net-wealth clients. Daniel brings his varied experience in all aspects of family law to his practice at Lindsay Kenney LLP.
Daniel has represented clients in both Provincial and Supreme Court on complex matters, including high-conflict parenting issues and high-value family property. He believes in a client-centred approach to family law. He will listen to your priorities, then help obtain a result that suits you, whether that means making a deal or going to court.
Before deciding on a career in law, Daniel wanted to be a psychologist. He has a BSc. in psychology and philosophy from the University of Toronto. He attended law school at the University of British Columbia, graduating in 2018. Outside of law, Daniel enjoys spending time with friends, family, reading, and listening to music and podcasts.
