Legal Practice Areas:
Tim Goepel is a Partner in Lindsay Kenney LLP’s litigation group. He has a broad civil litigation practice which focuses on commercial litigation, defence of professionals, intellectual property disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, and employment matters.
Tim has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia, and the Federal Court of Canada, including in trials, summary trial proceedings, injunction applications, interlocutory applications, oppressive remedy proceedings, judicial review petitions, and appellant hearings. In addition he has acted as counsel in arbitrations, mediations, and in regulatory proceedings.
Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in 2002 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2005 from the University of British Columbia. Growing up he competed at both the provincial and national level in tennis. Tim began his undergraduate education in the U.S. on a tennis scholarship, then returned to Victoria to complete his degree. Tim plays on the Lindsay Kenney softball team and spends his spare time with his family.
