Mediation & Arbitration
In some instances, family law clients wish to work outside of the court system to find a way to resolve an issue. They may wish to expedite a decision or keep their family information private. If you are looking for an alternative way to resolve a dispute, you may wish to engage a mediator or arbitrator to assist.
A mediator will work with both parties to help them reach an agreement together. They will not make decisions. Mediators are neutral and do not give legal advice.
Arbitrators will make a decision that will be final and binding between the parties, on any issues arising from family relationships.
