Established nearly 50 years ago, Goluboff & Mazzei has deep roots in the North Shore community and a strong reputation in estates, real estate, and general commercial work. The firm’s client base and practice strengths align closely with Lindsay Kenney LLP’s core areas. As part of the transaction, Lindsay Kenney LLP has acquired Goluboff & Mazzei’s office space, expanding its West Vancouver presence to two offices following its agreement with Heritage Law in 2024. The acquisition supports Lindsay Kenney LLP’s broader growth strategy, particularly in estates and related practices. All of Goluboff & Mazzei’s lawyers and staff are joining Lindsay Kenney LLP.
