Raj has joined the firm as Associate Counsel, working predominately from our Langley office. He is an experienced litigator who focuses on estate litigation, wrongful dismissal claims, corporate/commercial disputes, and injury claims (including civil sexual assault).
His approach to dispute resolution starts with developing a full understanding of his clients’ specific circumstances and priorities. From there, he can provide advice and pursue solutions that match his clients’ objectives.
Sanjeev has joined the firm as Associate Counsel, working predominately from our Langley office. He is a seasoned litigator who focuses primarily on commercial and civil disputes. Sanjeev defends and acts for companies and individuals on a wide range of issues including contract and property disputes, shareholders and company disputes (including oppression and related claims), defamation claims, wrongful dismissal, human rights complaints and matters involving estate and wills (including validity and variation claims).
