We are pleased to welcome Paul Beckmann to the firm. Paul has joined our Business and Real Estate practice groups and is located in our Langley office. Paul’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. He assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining LK Law, Paul practised at a leading national law firm in Vancouver where he worked on a broad range of large complex transactions.
