Albert Chiu is an associate in our business and real estate groups in our Vancouver office. Albert advises public and private companies with their corporate and commercial law matters including the sale and purchase of business assets, corporate restructuring, commercial financing transactions, preparation and negotiation of contracts and construction financing.
He has also advised several publicly listed companies on securities law matters including TSX Venture compliance, corporate governance, private placements and share consolidation.
Albert works closely with his clients to provide them with clear legal advice and timely service.
Outside of the office, Albert can be found exploring the local restaurant scene and playing golf.
