Don is a lawyer in our business law group. He has extensive experience with large corporate transactions including corporate restructurings and acquisitions. He also has significant experience with trademark matters including reviewing full availability search reports, providing opinions on registrability of trademarks, drafting and prosecuting trademark applications in both Canada and the United States. He has also conducted trademark oppositions in Canada. Don is a dedicated professional who uses his strong analytical, problem-solving, communications and organizational skills to ensure a good result for his clients.
In his spare time Don likes to travel to Palm Springs. He also enjoys playing baseball and golf.
