Navrita is a lawyer based at the Langley office who provides strategic, personalized legal advice to help clients navigate complex estate planning, business and real estate matters. As a member of LK Law’s Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning Groups, she supports individuals, families, and organizations through important legal and financial decisions with care and clarity.
Specializing in estate planning and estate and trust administration, Navrita offers expert advice to her clients on business succession planning, estate freezes, estate planning, incapacity planning, trusts and trust administration She also assists executors and beneficiaries throughout the estate administration process, providing guidance on probate and estate accounting.
Outside of the world of estate planning, Navrita advises clients on corporate and real estate matters, including asset and share purchases, incorporations and corporate reorganization, commercial leasing, co-ownership agreements and both residential and commercial property transactions.
Navrita earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria while also working at Battered Women’s Support Services, assisting women experiencing domestic violence with a variety of legal issues, and at a financial institution with in-house counsel in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering.
