Langley clean up volunteers

Clean Up Langley Day was another big success! On Saturday, April 23rd, 2016,  23 separate groups of more than 200 volunteers, collected over one tonne of material  across all corners of  Langley’s streets, parks, and streams during this annual event. The Township of Langley extends thanks to the volunteers for taking the time and effort to support such a positive event.

Langley Clean Up LK Law Team

LK Law’s dream team of five volunteers (plus Amanda’s two super cute kids) participated in Clean Up Langley Day. Fortunately, our previous clean ups seem to have made a difference as there was not as much garbage as previous years. However, we did pick up a lot of garbage nonetheless, including cigarette butts, candy wrappers, condom wrappers, a large screen, and a car bumper!

Langley Clean Up Young Volunteers

The Lindsay Kenney team worked the area surrounding the Langley office (86 Ave and 201 St.). Thanks to Sarah Hui for organizing the team.
