This informative seminar provided insight on the income tax and legal implications of the new tax rules for estates, testamentary trusts and inter-vivos life interest trusts (alter ego, joint partner) and how these new rules impact estate planning.
The event was held at the Terminal City Club in downtown Vancouver.
