Senior Partner, Gregory S. Miller, P. Eng., LL.B, will present on the Legal Responsibilities of Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioners (ROWP) at their annual conference in Kamloops on March 3rd.
Greg has extensive experience in the defence of claims against engineers, architects, insurance brokers and other professionals. His focused area of law is professional liability with considerable experience in construction litigation, product liability and insurance coverage issues. Prior to law school, Greg was employed in heavy construction and municipal government as a Civil Engineer.
