One of the benefits of the firm is we are very much still client driven and client focused. It allows us to have very close relationships with our clients. We want to know what’s going on with their business, we want to know what’s going on with their lives. And that way we can assist in being that trusted advisor, knowing problems, heading them off before they become real big issues, because we have that close client contact.
One of the things that I tell most of my clients is that I want them to pick up the phone and call me whenever they think they have a legal problem. In fact, they should pick up the phone even if they think they might not have a legal problem. You know, we don’t worry about those calls, a five minute telephone conversation could end up saving quite a bit of money if there’s a real big issue, and it could end up saving quire a lot of stress if there’s not.
