Following a long and distinguished legal career, Terence Dunn has retired from the practice of law.
Terry practiced in the area of financial services law with a specific emphasis on commercial secured lending, and commercial real estate and development, acting primarily for financial institutions and private lenders. He was a founding partner of Lindsay Kenney and practiced with the firm for over 44 years until his retirement on July 15, 2022.
Terry provided invaluable guidance to his clients and peers. His steady demeanour and intellect will be missed by his partners and everyone who had the good fortune to work alongside Terry.
