Catherine is a lawyer in our Family Law practice group. She is based in our Vancouver office. She works with families to help them find the best possible solutions to their conflicts. While Catherine is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in B.C. courts, she believes court is not necessarily the best solution for many families. To that end, she has supported clients during mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She has also drafted effective marriage and separation agreements that have enabled clients to avoid litigation or limit its scope.
Before becoming a lawyer, Catherine was employed for many years in the not-for-profit sector, helping to support the communities in which she lived. She worked for several major charities before deciding to enter law school.
Outside the office, Catherine enjoys travel, attending chamber music concerts and spending time with her family.
