Scott is a lawyer in our general litigation department in our Langley office, with a focus on estate litigation, will disputes, and inheritance claims. Prior to joining Lindsay Kenney LLP, Scott was a partner at a prominent New Westminster law firm, working with his father, as a second generation lawyer. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (honors) from Simon Fraser University in 2005, before attending the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor, and the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law, graduating both in 2008. He received an LL.B from University of Windsor, and a Juris Doctor from Detroit Mercy.

He has acted for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various legal proceedings and brings a pragmatic approach to the legal issues which his clients face.
