Fort Langley Office Moves – from Strong Roots Grow Great Things

News

It is not without nostalgia that Lindsay Kenney LLP closes the doors of its Fort Langley law office.

Our office there first opened in 1972 when Donald L. Nundal and David G. Bell began their legal practice in the birthplace of British Columbia, Fort Langley. John A. Cherrington joined as partner in 1976 followed by R. Henry (Hank) Easingwood and Robert B. Kearl. The firm saw many changes throughout the years, operating offices in both Fort Langley and the City of Langley. Throughout its time in the Langleys, the lawyers of the firm have been well known for their ability to service clients both big and small from all over the Lower Mainland, while continuing to respect the identity of the community and traditions of the area.

In February 2011, the lawyers of Cherrington, Easingwood & Kearl, as it was then known, joined forces with Lindsay Kenney LLP, but continued their practices at the “Fort Law Offices.” But all good things must end and on August 3, 2012 the “Fort Law Office” closed its doors.

Familiar faces John Cherrington and Robert Kearl have moved to the Lindsay Kenney LLP Langley office where they will join Timothy Grier, another Fort Langley lawyer who moved there earlier. Another familiar face from the Fort Langley office, Erin Easingwood, daughter of the late R. Henry (Hank) Easingwood, moved to the Lindsay Kenney LLP Vancouver offices in 2011 and will continue her practice there.

Together, the lawyers at Lindsay Kenney LLP can assist with virtually every legal need and, through our affiliation with Mackrell International we can provide legal services almost anywhere in the world.

We can also assist with referrals to exceptional law firms across Canada through our affiliation with the Risk Management Counsel of Canada. On behalf of all of the Lindsay Kenney LLP lawyers and staff, we appreciate the trust and confidence that our clients have shown us over the years and look forward to continuing to serve the legal needs of the Fraser Valley from the Lindsay Kenney LLP Langley offices at Suite 400, 20033 – 64th Avenue.
