Lindsay Kenney’s Fanda Wu contributed to an article in a recent edition of Take Five Legal Newsletter.
Fanda provided counsel comments with respect to the Hinz v. Davey, 2022 BCCA 232 decision. In particular, she explained that this decision serves as an important reminder that child support remains the right of the child and not of the parents. Fanda was acting for the appellant as counsel in this case and successfully appealed the decision to the BCCA.
